Multicultural Night and Warriors up at Night
This past Friday was pretty eventful, two events happened on-campus. The night started with Upsilon Kappa Delta’s 3rd annual Multicultural Night and ended with Warriors up at Night. The multicultural night consisted of various performances ranging from different styles of dance to acting. Teatro Los Hijos Del Campo (one of the clubs I’m in) performed a bi-lingual comedy skit that had the audience laughing. Also, one of my friends spiced up the night with bachata and a colombian cumbia. Other performances included Bollywood, jazz, folklorico, and singing.
After this event students headed to Warriors Up at Night, an event hosted by ASI/USU with collaboration from housing and the SRC (Student Recreation Complex). This event is held once per semester to give students alternative options in how to spend their Friday night. Activities included card games, origami making, shirt tie-die, virgin bar, and more. Students seemed to enjoy the activities going on as they took advantage of the free hot dogs and virgin drinks.

Until next time

Sounds like it was a lot of fun! I gotta do better at getting more involved on campus, sounds like I’m missing out!
